LEAP Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Leap Software Development Kit and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this AUP.
1. Prohibited Applications
You may not, and may not permit any third party to, build or distribute any application with the Services that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation, including those related to privacy, data protection, and intellectual property.
- Is designed or used to generate or disseminate fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information, including disinformation or spam.
- Engages in, promotes, or facilitates illegal activities or the sale of regulated goods and services.
- Generates or displays content that is harassing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Is intended for use in high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage, such as the operation of critical infrastructure, medical devices, or autonomous vehicles.
2. Restrictions on Use of the Services
In using the Services, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Services themselves. Your license is to build and distribute applications that use the Services.
- Use the Services to develop a product that is competitive with the Services.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including any attempt to circumvent usage limitations or access non-public interfaces.
- Access the Services from a U.S. embargoed country or in violation of any U.S. export control laws.
3. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
